Payment Method: Dolce Vita accepts cash, checks, and most credit cards as form of payment. Payments are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment. There is a $25 returned check fee for any returned checks.
Cancellations: As a courtesy to all clients, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required on all services. Thank You!
Gift Certificates: Sorry there is no refunds on gift certificates. The recipient has one year from the time of purchase to use thier gift certificate. After one year, price increases may apply to services and would be due upon completion of services.
Returns: A refund will be issued only in the form of a Dolce Vita gift certificate for all products and services. Gift certificates cannot be returned.

All new clients to the spa are asked to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time Thankyou!
We regret, if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment we may regrettably have to shorten your treatment time by how many minutes you are late.
Spa Party Policy: A 50% deposit may be required for spa parties.
A 72 hour notice is required for any party cancellations.
Also, if a spa party is cancelled 24hours or less, will result in a non-refundable deposit.
For spa parties not cancelled, resulting in a no-show, 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your creadit card.
Prices do not include the new tax increase of 6.35% on all services!
